Can anyone tell me if Promise Hospital on Rainey Trail/472 is golf cart accessible?

Yes it is. We were visiting a friend there and saw the golf cart entrance. I think you must use a Villages card.

Yes...but you enter from Livingston Lp. You will not travel on Rainey Trl.

Traveling on Churchill Downs Ave you would turn SOUTH on Livingston Loop.
...then just a little ways down....
...the Golfcar entrance to Promise Hospital is on West side of Livingston Lp.

..when the map opens up...look in the Upper Left Quadrant of Map..
...find the corner of Buena Vista Blvd and Belevedere Blvd.
..go WESTon Belvedere Blvd.
..go SOUTH on Lynnhaven.
..go WEST on Churchill Downs.
..go SOUTH on Livingston Loop.
..look to your RIGHT (WEST) ..
..the entrance is not far down Livingston Loop.

the blue line takes you in to back of Promise Hospital area.

You can enter the parking lot through the gate, BUT you do need your owner's gate card to exit the parking lot.

Glad you all told me about the gate card. The other half is out of town with the car and only gate card we have (renting). Ill have to try to borrow one.
