Landlords are like car salesman. Both you and they are trying to take advantage of the other. Be careful, cautious and take no prisoners. I am talking to renters and landlords. The only losers are honest trusting landlords and honest trusting renters unless you can get a honest landlord together with an honest renter then you have a good outcome.
