i need some help.....i need a pro-active management company to try and help me rent out my house for long term...any and all suggestions are welcomed...please private message me.....and if this is not the correct forum, please let me know where i should post this.....

Seems like you might be asking two questions. First about help finding a long-term renter. Second, about assistance managing the property after you have the renter.

For getting the rental, I'd start with a detailed description of your place, including photos, placed here. I'd also take out an ad in the Daily Sun. Finally, I'd contact local MLS realtors with the info in hopes they had a client looking for a long term rental.

If you need assistance managing the property, I'd seek a good home watch service, which is an economical solution, but probably enough to supervise a long-term situation. PM me if you want the name of an excellent home watch person.

I have posted it on here several times and can only seem to rent it for jan - march....i cannot move to the villages until 2017. I have posted pictures, it's beautiful, on a quiet cul de sac and located centrally between spanish springs and lake sumter landing...and it's pet friendly! i thought that would make a difference, but it has not....
