Has anyone used this group of Doctors?

Many people use them with good and not so good results. Most of the docs are ok, but the back office staff sometimes just makes you want to scream.

That could be said for many practices around here, especially where the physicians are employees.

One time. NEVER AGAIN!!

We like Dr. Gegaj very much and they have the best Urgent Care in the area. Dr. El Arousey is just terrific..

I have used Dr. Gegaj, he is as good as anyone i have ever used.

I have seen their newest doc Ana Karovska. She seems very nice, but is a new doc so I'm not sure about her abilities. Their pharmacy is very helpful and the urgent care is good too!

We also use dr. Gegaj and find him very knowledgable, caring and he takes plenty of time with you. The front staff I find not so great at times. We have been with him for a year and a half.

It's too bad. Dr Gegaj and Dr ElArousy, the urgent care doc, are both great, but I can no longer deal with the back office. My blood pressure just can't handle it.

I am sad to say but I am leaving this group. My primary physician was good, but the back staff is HORRIBLE. I have spoken to the office manager twice to no avail.

I have had test results that needed follow up - no phone calls from them, no response to my phone calls, no response after I spoke to the office manager.

I guess they feel they have enough clients not to worry is some are not happy with their level of lack of response.

I think those of you who are leaving should let your individual doctors in that practice know why you left--either in person or by a letter marked "Personal" so some office staff doesn't trash-can it.

We've had this problem in our former little Michigan town and left the practice for U of M, a teaching hospital whose staff are trained to treat you as customers, not cattle.

I don't blame you for not putting up with that treatment.

I agree with what you said. I have let the doctor know the problems I have experienced with the back office.

We use Dr Gegaj from that group ....love him listens doesn't rush in and out
Office staff if very helpful also.
