One more I've seen it all thread

Today I was coming south on Morse in my golf cart and stopped at the traffic light at San Marino. A maintenance cart with trailer pulled up onto the grass, passed us on the right, ran the red light and then continued on south on Morse. Jeesh!

Possibly driven be someone without a valid driver's license. But probably NOT driven by a Snowbird! :icon_wink:

Possibly "distracted" by cellphone or something else and 'needed' to bail or hit whomever was in front of him. NOT cool just the same! As the other poster said...probably no driver's license.

Maybe it was the two maintenance workers smoking the doobie in front of the rec center the other night!

It was a maintenance cart with trailer; a Village worker.

did you report it to the Villages Maintenance Dept? I'm sure they'd love to know that their employees are doing things like this.

Some maintenance cat running a red light seems an unlikely cherry for one's I've Now Seen It All sundae. Are we missing something? Was the worker a Hobbit with a unicorn for a passenger? Was he juggling running chainsaws? Was he Elvis?

Bizdoc 10-15-2013 08:20 PM

Nah - it was probably someone from one of the "other 55+ plus communities" trying to sneak in and steal one of our golf courses

Hey no piling on, gang. We've all seen things that turned our eyelids inside out. I'm having a great day and am too happy to think of an eye-rolling experience, so it's a great day in.....you know where. The OP was flipped out. let's get t-shirts.

Umm, he didn't just run a red light. We were stopped at the light in the cart lane. He wizzed around us up on the grass , passed us and proceeded back into the cart lane and going thru a red light. But, yeah, I think it was a Hobbit.
