Please be aware! Before purchasing an LG major appliance, please do a web search on their customer service which is nonexistent! Many sites rate their CS as "terrible." Wish I had done my research prior to making a purchase! Even contacted their executive office with absolutely no satisfaction and, the sad part is, they don't seem to care.:censored::swear:

That's why I exclusively use Square Trade Warranties on every appliance I buy including my LG Washer and Dryer. Customer Service with all these companies are horrible these days. Sorry to hear about your troubles.
