what is sage?

I have noticed a comment under people's username. Mine says member, some say junior member, etc. but some say "sage". What does that mean?

Refers to the number of posts you have.

I found this list on an old thread.

0 Post = Jr Member
30 Posts = Member
100 Posts = Sr Member
500 Posts = Veteran Member
1000 Posts = Gold Member
1500 Posts = Platinum Member
2000 Posts = Soaring Eagle Member
2500 = Sage Member

Eternal Member=member that has passed away.

49 more post and you become senior member. The number of posts is the correct answer.

Sage doesn't indicate how smart one is but the time spent learning about this site to make some keen observations. In my case, I had too much time on my hands before moving down to TV.

It is a spice used in some Italian sauces and German sausages and French soups.

It is what you are supposed to be when you are a little old for Miss America contests, drinking contests, and 100 yard sprints.

Google says "a kind, wise, paternal figure, often archetypal or stereotypical"

Aaahhh, man. I thought it was another herb!

BettyCrocked 10-19-2013 01:59 PM

An herb. I hear you can score some near the paradise rec center.

You know the old saying: "We are too soon old, and too late smart." Well, you could substitute sage for smart.

gomoho 10-19-2013 03:38 PM

Thought it was a Villager that smoked herb!

PaPaLarry 10-19-2013 03:46 PM

Thought it was back in the western days, when they used a "Sage Coach" or was that Stage?

How have you found TV. As someone who followed your many posts I am curious as to how you have have been doing? Is TV all you hoped it would be?

My new home is sage. Johnny Carson was sometimes a sage. Too much sage tastes like soap.

Aren't you a little too married for the "Miss America contests" too?
