Zinnia Place/Underhill Court Neighbors
 

My husband and I purchased a home on Zinnia Place in Collier. We close on 11/12, and look forward to meeting neighbors on our street and Underhill Court...and other neighbors as well! We are excited to finally be moving to The Villages!

Congratulations!! We closed on our house Friday. We are on Alwyne Ave, not to far from you. We won't be down full time until this time next year. Looking forward to meeting you also and the rest of our neighbors.

Nice to virtually meet you Tippyclubb. I'll check out Alwyne. I thought I scoured every darn street in the hunt for a home - I've missed that one.

When you come into Collier 2nd entrance off Buena Vista go down to McLin Lane and go left until the end and that is Alwyne Ave. Our house backs up to the woods so we have privacy in the back.

If you look further down in the threads you should see one where they have started a list of names for neighbors to have get togethers. Some where in those threads is a lady to contact to be put on the list. If you can't find it let me know and I will search it down.

We are moving into our home on Underhill Ct. cul de sac on Jan. 2 Would love to meet any neighbors already moved in. We are from NJ and can't wait to move!! No more snow for me....
