Bourbon Street
 

I know nothing about actual Cajun food, or New Orleans specialties, but I do know that I loved the jambalaya at the new Bourbon Street, and the sausages were good too -- not too greasy and quite tasty, with nice variety.

My only negative is the rather steep, it seems to me, extra you have to pay to share a meal.
