windows 8
First time using this system on a new laptop. My problem is that this is a touch screen and whenever I shut down the system and power back up the touch feature is disabled. I have to power off and reload every time. I'm a novice so be gentle. What am I doing wong. Thanks

I found out that "most" of the time it will function normally if I go through the shutdown process. Not always though.
