Hillsborough Trail Development
 

Just curious if anyone has an update on construction progress of Manatee Rec Center and any other development in that area. Wifey and I at present are 'planning' to buy in that general area. Looking forward to getting on with the next part of our lives. Thanks for any info.

All of the blacktop is in (for courts as well as parking areas). Looks like all of the underground utilities are in. Surveyors there today measuring and marking something.

Thanks for the update. It's amazing how efficient they are. We were just down there and it appeared that they were just starting to 'work' the dirt.

They have been pushing dirt around for over a month.

They have been building a lot of designer homes along Hillsborough Trail. Also a new neighborhood pool & mail center on the new part of Hillsborough Trial.

before you buy look into Oxford oaks it's a new development the villages will be starting very soon off of 301 near 466 .

Is it inside TV? Or is it the villages for workers/doctors/etc. I think that it won't include amenities...

It's not in TV. No TV amenities. It will be for anyone and everyone.
