Recommendations for companies that service garage door opener

I am having a problem with my main garage door opener and the remotes. The golf cart one is working fine. Does anyone have recommendations for a company that services garage door openers? I am hesitant to call RoMac.
Thanks for any information you can give me.

Try a new battery in your remote. If that does not work, google the manual for your opener for troubleshooting.

We had trouble with our door not responding well to the code when pushed manually. I changed the battery and that didn't seem to help much. I called Master's Touch Garage Door 347-6411 who we have used before and he said that the buttons have to be really pushed hard on the MVP type openers that The Villages installed. Apparently many people are having a challenge with them as they age. Since we have been pushing harder and more centrally, it seems to be working better. Our next move would be to call RoMac and check there for info but it hasn't warranted a call yet.

Thanks for replying. Yes, I have had problems when it's not pressed hard enough, too. I don't think it's the battery because all of the remotes open/close the golf cart garage but none of them work with the main unit. I'll check out the company you've used before...thanks so much!
