Wisteria & Great Lakes help please
 

We are planning on redoing floors in our Wisteria with porcelain wood look tile and regular tile. Any feedback on how wood and tile look in this model or like model would be appreciated as far as all wood living, dining, kitchen area or wood living/dining, tile kitchen.

Also, any feedback on Great Lakes. Although a little more expensive - lifetime guarantee ..... Thank you as always for your help!
