stuck windows
 

Having trouble raising two windows. They are regular thermal pane windows. They only raise about an inch. Would a shot of wd-40 in the track fix the problem. Windows are 14 years old. Any advice will be appreciated.

Your windows have levelers on them that controls the operation. They need to be replaced.
