Some funny stuff like, "Other than that Mrs. Lincoln, how did you enjoy the play?"

I realize this is a somewhat of a joke, but forunately for me, my investment advisor never once said, any of these stupid things to me!

I'd would have been looking for another investment advisor. There are so many terrible one's out there, that follow the standard scripts. So much so, they start to believe themselves, what they want you to believe. I like people who are top of things and being pro-active.

My all time favorite is, "don't worry, the market will bounce back!!!

Fortunately, the market has done exceedingly well in recovering from the lows, that had many people in a panic, including me. :smiley:
