That would be correct.....concrete!!.....and thus your great tee shot may end up anywhere but in the fairway!!

Are you saying 20 yards in front of the green, not off to the side? I agree, that would be pretty stupid.

All the way across the fairway entrance to the green at about the level of the beacon at the green. Right in my landing area and probably yours.

Played there yesterday. If that path is in your landing zone may I suggest you use the black tees.

While it does seem to be an odd place to put a path, I agree with Golf2140. One would need to hit a drive 270 yards in the air from the white tees to hit it. If you can hit it that far you should move back. I think the issue is that a chunked second shot could bounce off of it into the hazard. At that point it goes from just another bad shot to a bad shot, a lost ball and a penalty.

That concrete pathway is how I gain my distance:pepper2:
