No garbage pick up until Monday.

if you recycle, they will pick up on Saturday.

Thank you so much for the info. My hubs and I were wondering about pick up. He even went outside to see how many neighbors had put trash out...LOL. Now we know the answer, too!

Just out of curiosity don't you people subscribe to the Daily Sun? The information has been in the paper for the past two days. If you do not subscribe, please ask a neighbor that does subscribe.

Anytime there is a holiday the Daily Sun has a section on all of the closings in the Villages - all three counties.

We travel a lot and got tired of having to switch it on and off. And we don't like causing needless paper recycle for a publication we're neutral toward. Lovely people onTOTV answer questions for us that might otherwise be answered in the paper. There aren't that many. But Isn't that one of the purposes of the forum?

Yup. We subscribe but don't really read it. I take the sales out of it and I'm done!

Thanks for posting the link to the districtgov.org site for the Holiday schedule. I did not realize that Villages in the same area are not always on the same route. I live in Amelia and Mallory is on a different schedule. My trash days are Tues & Friday with recycling on Friday so no changes for me.

Went to the sanitation website and my laptop froze. :icon_wink:
