Exceptions Blind & Shutters
 

Has anyone had any dealings with Exceptions Blinds and Shutters. We ordered our plantations shutters on Sept 7th and we're still waiting for them to be delivered and installed. The last we were told is that our shutters were on a ship somewhere in the Pacific Ocean and should be delivered sometime the week of Nov 29th.

Please advise.

Can you still change your order? 48 hour Blinds was fabulous for us and many others.

We ordered on Oct 13th. S/W M. Hickmon Nov 6th and advised that order S/B in by Dec 6th. If I understood him correctly, the distributor he placed order with, went out of business. Mfgr would not honor orders from that dist'r and Michael had to place order with new dist'r. We too put half down with order. I'm not panicking yet. Let's pm to share results.

Our shutters were installed on Dec 6th and look good. The valance for the verticals was installed today Dec 29th and looks good as well.
