Glad for your good experience. He "fixed" my POS GE frig twice and I still have the same problem. Called Risley yesterday, said he'd come out today but hasn't shown or called.

Freezer drain is clogged. Would fix it myself but don't have a heat gun to melt all the ice up.

Richard Beck just fixed our 5-yr old over-the-range GE Microwave. He had to replace the dead magnetron. We probably could have bought a new microwave for less but it wouldn't have matched the existing appliances. Just hope it goes another 5 years. At any rate, we were very happy with his service.
