Boats on TV waterways
Does anyone know if TV prohibits paddle boating on any of the water ways? Primarily interested in the rules for Paradise Lake in Orange Blossom.

Have never seen anything on Paradise Lake -- not convinced it's even deep enough and I'm sure the ducks and geese would mightily object.

There is a fellow on Paradise Lake, right across from the construction area who has a raft, maybe 10x12 or so. He has a railing around it and an electric trolling motor and a lawn chair near the back. Also has am American flag sticking in the air. Have seen him cruising the lake several times.

do your research to be sure.
I do remember not long ago there was some short period of time TV allowed some types of boats on the lake at Lake Sumter Landing...specific times/days/boat types. My personal guess is boating per se on water in TV is not condoned....that is my "guess". Do your homework. btk |
Off of Rainey Trail there is a park with a paddle-boat launching spot on Lake Miona.

Before wading into that nice vacant retention pond, do look carefully for gators.
