Beautiful rendition as it brought out the melody, more than the lyrics which many of us, have ingrained in our memeory. Being of Italian heritage, and visiting bars in the old neighborhood, this reminded me of the jukeboxes that played this song constantly. I have to say, that I think Frank Sinatra was the greatest singer ever. His diction was flawless, and one could understand every word. IMHO

Trivia - The only song he hated the recoreding of was???? a question for everyone to answer.

I used to call "My Way", the Italian national athem but in reality, it had universal appeal, in that everyone likes to think they did it "there way". Written by Paul Anka. It still reminds me that everyone likes to think of this great song, as a personal statement of their lives.

Thanks for posting this great video. I really enjoyed it.

Anka actually only wrote the lyrics to music based on the French song "Comme d'habitude" written by Claude Francois and Jacques.
