Anyone have any luck finding foreclosed homes in TV? Real estate sites often claim to have the listings but always want to sell you the info.

realtytrac.com and zillow.com show foreclosures, but virtually little activity in The Villages.
I've used realtytrac's free trial, it's interesting and easy to cancel. However, I've don't think the foreclosure route will hold much promise for this area unless one is a real expert (and I'm not).

I'm willing to bet, given the demographics of TV residents/owners, there is a very low rate of large mortgage, low equity, inability to make mortgage payments. Therefore VERY low foreclosure market.

:agree: Given the "normal" situation of retirees in TV (selling family home and moving to TV) I'd also bet not many people default.
