Empty field north of the Polo Grounds...what is it?

As you drive North on Buena Vista, past the Polo Grounds and horse grazing area there is a large open field on the right side with a bunch of stakes in it. On the map this is white space, implying it is not part of TV and may instead be privately owned by the Morse family. Anybody know anything about it?
