Now I really have "seen it all."
 
Last Saturday I spotted a neighbor walking his dog. I suppose the dog had just done its business as the neighbor had an inverted plastic bag over his hand. He reached down and picked up the poop, then he noticed me. He proceeded to wave at me with his poo picking hand. Yep, I got waved at by a turd.

Perhaps the pet owner has been accused of not picking up after his pet in the past..It was his way of saying see here it is
