leaky faucets
Have 2 dripping faucets that probably need washers. Can anyone recommend some body to do that? msleute

I used mike Scott on a few occasions . He does charge a service call. I don't remember what it was. .

if you are able to, replace the washers. Its a very simple procedure.

Better yet,, replace the faucets. Wait for a good sale and buy some new ones. The new ones do not use washers... they use ceramic disks (often) which not only do not wear out they actually get better with use as the ceramic disks seat themselves together so well over time. Good luck whatever you decide.

I had a leaky Delta kitchen faucet. I went on the web and found out that Delta will send you a free repair kit as long as you are the original owner. Called them and gave the faucet part number from my closing documents and had the kit within a few days. It took about 15 minutes to replace all the washers. Very easy.
