New Year's Eve in the Villages
 

My wife and I are new here (arrived in Oct) and are wondering if there is anything special planned for New Year's Eve at any of the Town Squares and if so, what time? What do most people do to bring in the New Year? I've heard there are parties at some of the rec centers. Would appreciate any info that anyone might have. Thanks in advance for your assistance with this request.

Come join us at the Savannah Center on Tuesday, Dec. 31 from 7:30 PM to 12:30 AM. Music by Sonnenschein Express. Whoops! I forgot to mention that the party at the Savannah Center is sponsored by the German American Club.

In past years there were parties in the centers, but to many outsiders arrived so the parties were canceled.

We will be ringing in the new year with Yesterdayze at La Hacienda. Not sure if it is sold out or not.

That sounds like fun! They're a great band....
