hair???

Ok, moving from Ohio to The Villages the day after my husband retires in January. I have had short hair. I am growing it longer and I have not had it cut in months. I finally can put it behind my ears but I need to get it cut and styled. Thinking of waiting until I move down. Then again, I may get frustrated and get it cut up here before I come down. Any FANTASTIC hair stylist in The Villages? Or shall I get it styled here and come with the style already going on?I guess I've just had to make TOO many decisions regarding what pack to get my head around this one...

I think if you just have a little trim and shape done before you move here then after your all calmed down and settled in your new home and your ready to have it done the new hairstylist will have a clearer view as the way your letting it grow out. Your at that point now where should I or shouldnt I cut it hang in there you can always have it cut short again once your here. I like Jamie at dimensions at colony. Good luck.

If you wait until you come here you can try Tuscany Day SPa & Salon in Lake Sumter Landing.

Ask for Helen who is usuually very busy/booked; then any of the others that are there will do just as well. Helen happens to be my wife's hairdresser there.

Another vote for Jamie at Dimensions.

You are right, you do have a lot going on.
If you have a stylist there in Ohio that you trust, consider asking them JUST to even out the very edge of the perimeter.
That will not change your length, but will give you a fresh "edge' around your face and neckline.

It will get you through, you will feel 'presentable' until you are settled in here, then can take time to decide what you want to do with your next hair cut.

I vote for nothing drastic at this point.

Jimanne at Bella's in Spanish Springs. The best and unbelievably reasonable! 352-753-1500.

Jani, (say yanni), leslijon. not the least expensive but an exceptional hair designer and he's definitely the most fun. I like having not gay men do my hair. snicker.
Kitty sent you might get a discount.

Victoria at Victoria Hair on 466 in the Santa Fe Crossing plaza on left between Morse and Rolling Acres Rd. I agree about waiting and put on a golf visor and you'll look like everyone else and it hides a multitude of sins.
