Live in the present
 
I was reminded of this saying on the radio this morning and I thought I would pass it along. Life is all about living for the now.

It goes like this....



The past is history

The furture is unknown

Today is a gift and that's why it is called "The Present".

Try reading "The Precious Present by Spencer Johnson,. M.D.

It is 88 pages of large print that takes maybe an hour to read.

Simply explained, and beautifully written. :smiley:
