Permanent Eyebrows-the "new" technique
 

Thanks to all for the advice on this. I have had it down twice before when they were just "drawn" on rather than brushed stroked. I have an appointment with Sherri for the end of year special of $199 which is a good price!..I asked to see before and after photos and several hairdressers showed me their brows live...I am actually excited to get mine done!! THANKS AGAIN!!
