Home Golf Swing Analyser
 
Has anyone tried one of the several swing analyzing devices which attach to your club and provide information to a phone or pad device? Which one? Do you like it and what are the strengths and weaknesses?

My wife watching my swing then falling down laughing is not helping my confidence.

I've never tryed one. You are right about the wife falling down laughing part. Does'nt help mine either.:smiley:

Changing wife's are a whole lot easier then changing your swing.

Nothing against swing analyzers, but if you aren't savvy in the mechanics of your swing then an analyzer will only tell you what's happening...not how to fix it. It takes someone who has learned how and why a person swings why they do and how it effects ball flight. It also takes experience watching a swing to determine if a person has reached their potential or not.

Don't swing to hard...don't swing to fast...shorten the backswing and don't imagine you'll come close to doing what the pros do. That is not "glass half full" speaking, but experience.

Accept your distance with a slow, smooth swing and solid contact. Practice your chipping and putting more than anything else...it's more than half the game. Get clubs that suit your swing and age. Luck!
