New Years Resolutions for 2014
What are you resolutions for 2104?
Do you plan on keeping them? I'll go first: I plan on getting my diabetes back in control by having an A1C level of less than 6.0. My last blood test showed an A1C of 6.6, down from 8.2. It will get done, as I love to cheat, but not so much, that I don't stay relatively healthy. After all, if you don't have your health, then you won't be happy. IMHO Getting to the gym, and lifting weights, is a great thing, as your body still burn calories after lifting, for the rest of the day. When your on a treadmill, you burn calories, but as soon as you step off, you stop burning calories. BTW - I need to drop, another 15 lbs. :smiley: |
