am considering having someone service my lawn on a regular basis. will need fertilization and weed control. i do my own mowing so i have no need for that. and there is no evidence of insect damage.
would appreciate some names of people that have done this for you. and prices also.

I can tell you who not to use. Stay as far away as you can from Choice Maintenance out of Ocala. I had them taking care of our court yard villa while we were up north for 5 months. Nothing was done and I paid them $80 per month. I have pictures of their work. They even claimed they had worked on our property while we were here. I ended up filing a complaint with Seniors vs Crime.

I will also tell you who not to use - have not been happy with Massey or Bates. They come out when you call, but I want someone proactive not reactive. Treat the lawn properly in the first place and I shouldn't have to call you except in a rare instance.

A couple of our neighbors on our street use Superior and are happy with them.

Superior are great people, I have had then for 18 years and they stand up for what they do.

We also do our own mowing and have hired Deans to do the fertilizer and pest control. The sod is only 3 months old. With one month of treatment, it already looks as good as some of the older ones around us. We found them to be pretty knowledgeable and would so far, recommend them. Their prices were also some of the most reasonable.

We like Fertigator.

Price will depend on lot size.

Can do annual Termite as well.

Call Stellar an advertiser on TOTV. Had them for 2 + yrs. and they are great.

I totally agree. Massey doesn't come when they are suppose to
however they send notices up North that they have been to the house.I'm suppose to have FULL service in all departments. Little did they know hubby up North I'm here! Ready for another company!
