When one of my best friends was suffering from congestive heart failure, she had a woman (CNA) staying with her that was just remarkable. She not only cared for Jean, she helped clean the house, cooked and was there for my friend constantly. She refused to sleep in the spare bedroom because she was afraid she wouldn't be able to hear Jean if she called. I'll PM you Paulette's number -- she is presently up north but returning soon.
