Sound of Music at Savannah
 

What a GREAT Show....We are so blessed to have such talent available to see. The singing was unbelievable, the acting was great and the children were fantastic. Hats off to all who performed ! Thank you for sharing your beautiful voices and talents with us !!! Would go to see it again tomorrow.

I so agree. It was the best musical theatre I have seen in The Villages. It was announced that the company who put it on; Ocale Opera Company was going to become The Villages Opera Company.


The voices were beautiful, the kids were so little and had wonderful voices. EVERYONE in it was enormously talented.


There are two shows tomorrow. Don't miss it. Tickets for the "up" seats were $22. What a lot we got for our money.

Have to agree with the previous post...this show was MARVELOUS..the voices were amazing..best show we have seen at Savannah in a long time don't miss it if tickets are still available.

Hubby and I were there tonight to enjoy the wonderfully orchestrated musical. While the adult cast members were fabulous, the children stole the show. Mother superior was amazing!

I agree, a great show. What made it additional fun was that some of the leading cast members were part of the singing serving staff at the Havana Club when we dined there in mid November. We were able to see and hear them up close and in person.:pepper2:
