Thumbs up Just Opinion

I believe that Lady Golfers do not get the attention they deserve. In a lot of cases the men are given the attention and the ladies either less or ignored. 21 years ago the community I lived in only had a County Amateur for men and the ladies had to have their own tournaments but not a County Amateur. When my wife, who was a devoted golfer passed away I got with some of the lady golfers, formed a County Ladies Amateur and they have raised thousands of dollars for Cancer. It continues to run each year with a 3 day tournament and is structured for women golfers and not just a copy of a men's tournament. I am not sure if we have a lady county or multi county amateur but should. A number of College Scholarships come from these and the women have their own structured tournament.

I am still so disappointed that Michelle Wie is not playing with the men as they promised when she started her career. Maybe then there would be no need for an LPGA. Let's go Michelle

You are so right, they do not get the media attention they deserve. Keep up the good work!
