You measure it by the number of wins against the competition at the time. That's the only way that you can measure.

Now Tiger is tied for first in total wins and three behind in majors. He also had several years off because of serious physical ailments.

It's hard to say that Tiger is absolutely the greatest of all time because Jack's record is a bit better. But certainly and argument can be made either way. But it's hard not to say that this was the greatest comeback in sports history. I can't think of anything that compares except for maybe Hogan in 1950. But Hogan was 38 at the time and had only missed on year. Tiger was out for three years and is now 43 years old.

What's more interesting is that he can still win more.

It's no big deal to me. Another major was inevitable.

Not a big Tiger fan, but I'm glad for him.

Great final 18.

Great comeback from having your wife chase you with an iron and all his personal escapades.

Congratulations, Tiger.

But I will never believe in Karma again.

Even the Tiger Woods naysayers would have to give him credit for a brilliant round and determination. He beat the best field that may have ever been put together

I thinking it's safe to say you are not the guy that bet $85,000 at 14-1 odds on Tiger winning.

He played well, but -2 on the round is not great golf for a pro. Like I said the "field" beat themselves.

I believe -2 was enough. The best score today was -5 by Day who finished in a 4 way tie for 5th.

Looks like we won't agree..... I give him credit for winning and you blame the "field" for him winning!

Actually his final score was -13 which was one better than second and enough to win the tournament.
Good enough golf for a pro to win the Masters.
Wish I played as bad!

So they couldn't hit the shots, focus on the task or handle the nerves.....still makes them less of a pro than Tiger today. I guess haters will always be haters.....but now they can be ignored.
