Tee'g off 13, going over 12 green. :boom: |
#1 on the Oaks and #1 on the Lakes at Hacienda Hills GC in the Villages uses same green.

I’m not sure what it is about this particular tournament, I am usually really into closely following the four majors, but for some reason this PGA Championship isn’t keeping my interest. Not sure if it’s the less than stellar coverage, the venue, the players on the leaderboard, or something else? Hopefully there will be an exciting finish tomorrow.

Would be interesting if one hole had a choice of greens. Have two greens on one hole, different difficulties..........let the golfer choose. Two greens on one hole and the golf decides which one to play based on the different challenges. |

Don't disagree but listening to Jim Nance for three hours is also a major pain. And for a cherry on top, we also have to hear him narrate Titleist ads too.

Disappointing tournament by the way. I always feel that the cream should rise to the top in a major. The guy leading is ranked #100 in the world and of the guys that have a legitimate chance, the highest ranked player is Matt Fitzpatrick at 17. The others are all in the 30s. I don't know why this seems to happen in the PGA Championship so much. So many one hit wonders over the years. I don't know what the PGA can do to up the stature of this event but it always seems to be the weakest of the four majors. There seems to be more interest in The Players these days. |
