There are other players not warring pink but I get your point.

What I don't get is Na's problem pulling the trigger on his shots. Drives me crazy to watch on television; must really bother his playing partners in person.

Have you seen the Seinfeld episode where Kramer refused to wear an AIDS ribbon? He was persecuted and threatened by the politically correct activists. I'm no big fan of Tiger, but people should leave him alone. If he doesn't want to wear pink, what business is it of anyone's?

Of course he could wear whatever color he wishes, just as others chose to wear a color other than pink. Those others, however, do not carry the notoriety of infidelity by sleeping around with who knows how many women, even paying some of them hush money to keep quiet. I concede that that too was his choice, one for which he had paid quite dearly.

It is because of that very public personal history that one would think that he would
want to attract some positive pr whenever he could. If not evidenced by a pink shirt, then perhaps by a pink ribbon or a pin or head covers or some other expression of
acknowledgment and support.

It is possible that he did just that. If so, then well done for him. If not, then it's no strike against him but it is a missed opportunity to further rehab his public image.

And I'm thinking that my response more or less expressed the point to which the OP was alluding.

And Tiger's bad habits have what to do with breast cancer? Sorry, I think this is a politically correctness issue, and he shouldn't be second guessed. The OP said "Wonder why?" I don't. None of my business.

Tiger was clearly not the only person to not wear pink. Who cares? Maybe I'll wear a pink hat on the links tomorrow to make up for it
