For the larger dogs, perhaps the owner should get into a stroller and their dog push them around! They'd even be covered by the ADA as service animals!

Yes Happinow, they do make strollers for dogs. When my elder Boston Terrier got to old to take walks but still wanted to, I bought him a stroller and we would walk the other dogs with him in the stroller He was happy to just be with us. We were happy to have him with us those last days. :doggie:
