We have a couple who have rented our furnished Designer 3/2 home in the beautiful village of Winifred ( just south of 466, closest Village to Palmer golf course ).

They need to cancel for Aug and Sept due to surgery. I am trying to find replacements for them at a very reasonable price. You can take one OR both months.

Everything included except the $50 per couple the villages charges if you want the amenity passes. You get all utilities, taxes, maintainance, daily paper, wireless internet access, expanded cable TV, golf cart, etc.

Only additional is $75 cleaning fee that you get back if you decide to clean the home on exit.
