New in 4/14 golf front court yard villa in Pinellas. Due to cancellation September 2014 is now available. The rate is $1,950.00, includes tax, exit clean, and 2 Resident ID's. The villa is located one mile from the new Brownwood Square, Eisenhower Recreation Center and half mile from the pool, Big Cyprus Recreation Center, pickleball, tennis, shopping, and restaurants. WiFi, keyless entry with code changed between guests, TV/DVD player in all three bedrooms, larger TV in living room with BluRay Player, male/female bikes, female/male golf clubs, and 4 person gas golf cart.

Please note: September opened due to a cancellation. The house is booked through May 2015.

Will consider weekly rental for $650.00, but prefer a month. Weekly rental is also all inclusive.

Wayne,

We are booked through May 2015, with the exception of September that just opened. We rent a property about one year and then take stock of what needs to be done. We paint, repair, and replace. The house will be available mid June through mid December 2015. If interested, please let me know.
