Relax, play golf and dine in Florida’s friendliest hometown. We have a Patio Villa that was completed in May of 2014 that is fully furnished and available to rent. This unit was professionally decorated and the furniture came from The Village’s own Southern Lifestyles Furniture. Just bring your clubs, clothes and toothbrush – this is turnkey living at its best. Yearly rental is available as you won’t want to leave.

It is close enough to take a day trip to Disney World, Universal Studios, Kennedy Space Center, Daytona Beach, New Smyrna Beach, Gulf Coast Beaches, Busch Gardens and many other fine attractions if you feel the need to explore up to and including deep sea fishing.

The Villages has 11 Championship golf courses most of which are 27 holes and 32 Executive golf courses which are 9 holes. The Executive courses are only a $4.50 trail fee. They are free if you walk the course. We recommend paying $50.00 which gets you two temporary resident passes that entitles you to play at every one of these courses. It also gets you into the neighborhood swimming pools. We have recreation centers galore. There are gym memberships available. Sorry guys but there are hundreds of stores available for the shoppers.

This Villa is very close to The Paddock Square in Brownwood the newest town square and a short ride to The Market Square at Lake Sumter Landing and a little longer ride to The Spanish Springs town square. Entertainment is free 365 days a year at all three town squares from 5 PM to 9 PM. We recommend you visit all three. There are movie theaters at all three town squares that are designed for relaxation for young/old folks.

ALL furniture/accessories, kitchen-ware/ linens included. . A washer and dryer are also provided for you. All you have to provide is the food and beverages. GO HAVE FUN and don’t forget to RELAX.

The two complete bathrooms are set with towels and cleaning supplies. I don’t think you need any more details on bathroom stuff.

The Master bedroom has a king size bed and the second bedroom has a queen size bed. All linens, blankets, pillows etc are supplied for you. Remember, we said turnkey. Sleep tight - you are going to need your rest for tomorrow’s activities.

The very comfortable living room has a 50 inch HDTV in it with optical cable service provided and high speed internet at no extra charge.

Just imagine yourself relaxing on the front patio that has two comfortable chairs and a small table and an ottoman.

A golf cart is not included with this unit due to liability issues. A list of agencies that do provide rental carts can be provided upon request.


Yearly rental available for $1,650. Each month’s rent would be due 45 days ahead.
