This beautiful 2088 sq ft home has been furnished to provide a comfortable, relaxing stay. The kitchen has been upgraded, with a brand new side-by-side refrigerator with ice-maker, as well as a brand new glass top stove with a convection oven for faster cooking. The kitchen is stocked with all the pots , pans, dishes, utensils, and small appliances that we could think of as necessary for your use. Our dining area has seating for 6. There is an indoor laundry room with utility sink, ironing board and iron.*

The Living Room includes a 55? HD Smart TV and BluRay Player. The open floor plan also has a cozy fireplace corner, with 2 comfortable recliners for a quiet reading area. The enclosed lanai is off the living room, and overlooks a picturesque pond – a great place for a cup of coffee in the morning while enjoying the waterfowl around the pond!

The Master Bedroom has a King bed, with a 43? HD Smart Tv and BluRay player. There is a large walk-in closet. The Master bath has brand new tile flooring, with a walk-in shower as well as a tub, and double sinks.**The front bedroom has a Queen bed, with a dressing table and small desk. The middle bedroom has a Queen murphy bed. The guest bathroom also has brand new tile flooring, with a tub/shower combination. The extended garage allows for both a car and the provided golf cart.*

*Cable TV, High Speed Wifi, Utilities, and lawn care are all included. Any reservation that is 3 months or longer will have the cleaning fee waived. This is a non-smoking home, and no pets allowed.*
