Default Investment property

Investment property.... Patio villa in the village of Ashland, 10 minutes away from Lake Sumter. I have an excellent long term renter currently in the home. He has been in the home 3-4 years and hopes to stay.....never a guarantee though.I plan on selling the home when his lease is up at the beginning of the summer. Curious if there is much interest in a home with tenant already in the home as opposed to selling as a turn-key.
