Default Want to Buy...Just Can't Find

With all the homes in The Villages we should be able to find our dream house. So far though, no luck, so we are hoping that our house just hasn't been put on the market yet. If you're considering selling a home that is waterfront, an upgraded designer or premier with newer kitchen, from Lake Sumter south, then please let us know. Our timeframe is flexible and we'd love to buy directly from owner.

There are 5 premiers on the market here in Pinellas. One with Villages (Grandview). By owner on Isleworth Circle and Tallsman. One with Remax. Great location here in Pinellas across from Pinellas pool.

Sent you a PM. I know where there is one for sale you have not seen and they are selling without a Realtor.

OP, if you can do without the water view, 1935 Yearling Way is FSBO, lots of upgrades, including birdcage and pool by previous owner, ans lots of interior upgrades by current owner. I believe this is a Begonia model.

Thanks for the recommendations. Waterfront is key and that seems to be making this a bit of a challenge. We don't mind doing some updates if the waterfront view is right. We keep saying that someone owns our home and they just haven't sold it to us yet

OK, one word of caution, the water view you get today may not be the water view you have tomorrow. Do a search on this site, there have been several reports for weeds, invasive plants, and overgrown plants interfering with your view, not to mention the occasional tree. This is especially true if you view is one of the nature preserves or other protected bodies of water. You are not allowed to do any maintenance or cutting in these areas. If you get a golf course view with water, then you will probably be OK, but remember that these can disappear during periods of low rain, and can overflow during periods of very high rain. Take a careful look at the dead restrictions and associated documents.

Yes, thanks, good advice. We are aware that not all water properties are equal.

Marsh Bend $249,000 Marsh Lot and Build your dream home. Sits up on a break wall with a cobblestone street.

Or wait for Lake Okahumpka
lots to open up. It’s an all natural lake and no need to worry about the issues posted in previous comments.
