Good day TV, most messages I’ve found on this subject are years old. Could I get any referrals for someone or company to provide home watch and maintenance services for someone who wants to rent their home themselves.

I’ve read enough to decide that most property management companies are not worth it and want to go it alone and rent my fully furnished home myself. I do want to pay for someone who can be available to fix something that breaks or for routine issues with the home as I will not be in the area. It would also be very important for them to be able to to a pre / post checkout for obvious damages.
Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated and you are welcome to call me if you prefer.
