Avoid a Buyer’s Agent
 
If you visit while purchasing I would avoid a Buyer’s Agent if you can. They can charge upwards of 2% before closing costs and other things. Zillow is a great idea and gives you a great view before visiting homes. We bought new and I’m not sure what those agents clear from the Developer.

Get out and enjoy the Villages
