Default AHI Tuna

AHI tuna is either yellowfin of big eye--real blue fin never makes to the US unless it in a high end Sushi Rest--take the name Bluefin as just a stage name in TV

Most seem to think things are tastin' good there at Bluefin so who cares if they'd called it GOLDFISH?

Yes, this is a major, major problem in the United States of America. This problem is present coast to coast to coast. East to West, South to North.

There are Blue Fin restaurants everywhere.

This major fraud MUST STOP.

I think we old people should protest, let's boycott, let's make sure a new restaurant does not succeed.

Love
Sheldon.

Oh, Chat, I feel your pain.

You see, I know what meatloaf is. I mean I really know my way around a good meatloaf.

BUT --

Sometimes it can be so horrifying to order meatloaf in a restaurant and then they bring it and it has brown gravy on it.

Harumph! is what I say -- though not out loud.

I know that I (and me and myself) have superior knowledge of meatloaf. And I know that anybody who is anybody knows that meatloaf is supposed to have tomato sauce with a hit of ketchup and a little bit of sugar thrown in.

Also, that lobster mac and cheese could use a dollop of Velveeta in the sauce.

Ohhhhhhhh, it is so exhausting for me to have to endure being served such entrees concocted for the masses and their plebian tastes.

I was at Bluefin for lunch and had Sword... it was very good and nicely cooked, no gushy parts that I don't like and you sometimes find in Sword.

Some friends had Poke' which they thought was a little light on the amount of tuna in it (compared to what they had Hawaii) but otherwise it was good.

Service was good... when 6 of us went in we changed our mind about sitting inside as they were setting up a table for us to use... no problem the just set up one outside, no "looks", just service.

We'll be going back.

But one of us had a salad with blue cheese crumbles on it... but I they looked white to me
