I am sure they dont have a multi BILLIONAIRE for a landlord that takes the first 25% of sales right off the top plus a monthly lease. just think every 4$ beer the developer gets at least $1,,, talk about real ripoff for the restuarants, they cant keep prices low even if they wanted to.. we eat outside the bubble every chance we can... |
