We did not have a celebration dinner yesterday, so we will be doing some celebrating sometime after the first of November.

Looks like Nancy Lopez is the place to go, unless someone comes up with some place better. If everything goes as hoped, we should be in our new house in Pennecamp by Christmas.
Getdul, please pick out a house in Springdale! It's a great neighborhood, with nice-sized yards and mature landscaping and good neighbors like me-- -- AND there's a golf cart shortcut to Lopez where we can celebrate your good fortune. We? Oh, did I just invite myself.

Default Anniversary Dinner

If you're looking for a more upscale restaurant, try La Cuisine in Ocala, about a block off the square. It's French, and the owners/chefs are from France. Great food, beautiful decor, quite reasonable. No entertainment, but certainly you can find some nearby in downtown Ocala.

We tend to travel to Tampa(Bern's Steakhouse) for special occasions. Mark's Prime in Ocala is good too, and a bit closer... As far as the villages go, there is not much to choose from in fine dining.
If we are going for atmosphere/ambiance, peace, and quiet...Lopez is great, but the food and service is inconsistant and then mediocre at best.
If we are going for overall cuisine, service, view, quality/value... we like Glenview Country Club, they too have excellent Lobster!

Oh! Glenview is usually pretty busy, which tends to make it noisy...
